What were your aims for your rehearsals from your last evaluation? Did you achieve them? If not, why didn't you?

I aimed to learn and practice a new cover song as well as practice two I had already learned ready for an open mic I was performing at

What went well during your rehearsals? How did this have a positive impact on your progression?

I was able to meet all of my deadlines in time by learning and practicing all three songs in time

What elements didn't go so well during your rehearsals? How did they have a negative impact on your rehearsal and how can you avoid them from occurring again?

I spent two days focused on learning the new song an only practiced the other two the same evening I was playing at the open mic. To prevent this, I should give myself more time or start practicing a few days in advance

How productive was last week's rehearsals compared to previous weeks? Explain why you believe last week was more productive or less productive then previous sessions.

Last week I rehearsed three covers but they were songs I already new so I didn't learn any new songs, therefore this week was more productive

Do you believe that you have a positive attitude towards rehearsing? Explain why it is important to have a good attitude. If not how could you improve this?

I think I have a positive attitude once I am rehearsing as I enjoy it, but I take a while to motivate myself to do it. I should set a time where I have to rehearse by so I don't procrastinate, as having a good attitude is very important so you can make the most out of rehearsal time

Choose a rehearsal technique that you believe will be beneficial for you to undertake (something that you do not do already)

Apply warm up techniques

Explain why the rehearsal technique that you have chosen will help you progress within your band.

I don't usually warm up when I practice which could end up damaging my voice and would also prepare me more and give me more motivation
