Open Mic // 11.04.17

Today I am playing at an open mic. I am planing on playing piano and am going to perform a new original song that I have performed once before and an original that I haven't yet performed as well as a cover that I've performed a few times before. The reasons I want to play these originals tonight is because, as the last time I played it was the first ever time, I was aware it didn't go as well as I was hoping it would have because of my nerves. Playing the piano is also something I don't do as often because I usually stick to the guitar however I actually prefer playing piano so would like to gain confidence in this field of performance. The cover I am going to sing is Closer by The Chainsmokers. I have changed the pitch of this song and it's one of my favorite to perform because I feel like it suits my voice therefor I am more confident singing  and playing it.
